I've just measured myself properly. Having kept wittering about losing 5 inches in total since starting SW, I've actually lost 13 inches (4 from my bust, 5 from my waist and 4 from my hips).

In addition I know I've lost it from my calves as trousers that were too tight across there fit fine now.

I REALLY would recommend emasuring properly every few months - it's quite a boost!!

Great advice Sue! How I wish I'd done that before I started losing weight, which was before I joined SW.

Congratulations on your splendid 'size reduction' - it must give you a great incentive to continue the hard work!

haha brilliant!! My OH would react exactly the same way! I use to be a DD and am now a C cup to his disapointment lol.


This is a really good boost, i was upset when i weighed and only lost 1lb after a 100% week but when i measured realised id lost an inch :) very happy :)

This is especially good if you work out a lot as muscle weighs so much more than fat!
