Just been for a walk around west Kirby marine lake...it's not that far but hey, exercise is exercise. I've rewarded myself with a can of coke zero and the white choc and lemon bar. As sickly as I remember it from the other day. Won't be ordering them next time

Aww! To be honest...I'm glad I didn't move to Sheffield for university (it was my other option) because I enjoy living on the coast too much! It was a choice between walking there or round the block...made the right choice I think!

I'm feeling good, dog breath, loads of energy. You know the usual! You? Luckily we are backed by a massive park and not right in the city centre anymore but seaside will always win! I came to Sheffield for uni 8 years ago and never left, originally from Warwickshire. X

When I wrote that I didn't realise you were from Sheffield! I did love it, but I wasn't tempted by having to travel as far as Rotherham early in the morning during the winter for a placement! (I'm lazy )

I'm glad you're feeling good! Love how all of us have been moaning about the breath! My energy levels are better today and I'm definitely not as hungry as I have been which is a positive. Generally feeling happier; could be a combination of the sunshine and exercise as well Probably wishful thinking but I reckon my face is looking slightly slimmer!

It's not wishful thinking, I bet its true, I watched a program years ago where they mentioned 'carb face' the woman who was a personal trainer said she could tell if a client had had carbs the night before because they had a puffy face. We'll all have razor sharp cheekbones in no time! X

Hahaa I hope so! Have you read about that Lauren from TOWIE? She's been on the Cambridge diet and her face has gone loads slimmer. Was all puffy from booze and carbs.
