Hello,

I'm new here. I've done slimming world quite a few times, my biggest loss was from 14st2 down to 9st12 I am now 10st6. My ideal is 8 stone or a size 8. I am currently a size 12-14 at 5ft3. I am a mummy to 3 little ones and I am currently not working but actively looking.

So this is my food diary. I would love some feedback. I am a fruit addict and I often miss breakfast and lunch as well as a night-snacker and a chocoholic!!! Hopefully I can change this to 3 nice meals a day.
