    :wave_cry:Hi Everyone,

    My weight loss is always just 1 pound every week, so on the advice of lovely Mrs V, I'm going to start a diary, so that if there is anything that I can improve on, hopefully the experts on here will give me a nudge in the right direction.

    So today is a red day,

    Breakfast - bacon all fat trimmed off microwaved, poached egg
    Snack - banana, grapes.
    Lunch - 3ryvita's (4.5 syns) and laughing cow extra light cheese (HEA) sliced turkey breast, cucmber and tomato.
    Muller light and alpen light bar (3 syns)
    Tea - homemade burgers, 2 wholemeal buns (2 x HEB) salad, ketchup (1 syn)
    Sugar free jelly (1 syn) aerosol cream ( 1 syn)

    Then 1 hour spinning class

    Any comments welcome!!

    Ok then, here's today's plan, it's green.

    Breakfast - Banana, pineapple, melon

    Snack - 4 dark rye ryvita (HEB) with 2 dairylea light slices (HEA) plus 2 alpen light bars (HEB)

    Lunch - Pasta 'n' sauce tomato and herb, with salad. Muller light.

    Snack - KP Skips 17g - (4.5 syns)

    Tea - SW chips, beans and poached eggs, with ketchup (1 syn).
    - Sugar free jelly (1 syn) with aerosol cream (1/2 syn)

    Dance class tonight, should burn some calories there!!!

    Snack - 2 alpen light bars (6 syns)

    Lunch - Homemade burger with dairylea light slices (HEA), bread roll (HEB) salad. Melon

    Tea - salmon fillet, asparagus and carrots with a muller light.

    2 mile run later tonight.
