Friday - red day

Breakfast - oatbran made with water and sweetener with cinnamon and chopped banana. Can't believe I've only just discovered oatbran - its yummy and not fortified with iron so I can eat it! Yay! Gives me a bit more variety (I suffer from haemochromatosis so can't eat anything fortified with iron and almost all breakfast cereals are - so miss my chocolate weetabix and all bran as used to love them before I was diagnosed last year).

Lunch - 2 poached eggs on toast with loads of asparagus. 2 syns for butter and 1 syn for tomato sauce!

Walked 3 miles

Dinner - pork tenderloIn with carrots, a few new potatoes(6syns) and mango, red onion and chilli salsa.

Snack - wispa (10.5 syns)

Saturday - extra easy

I fell over my dogs ball in the garden last night and have sprained my ankle/foot so no walking for me for a few days. I'm gutted as was really getting into the swing of it and starting to enjoy it.

Breakfast - 2 frylighted eggs on toast with mushrooms and 1 tbsp brown sauce(1syn)

Lunch - tin of tesco beef ravioli with cheese (hexa)ff yoghurt and peach

Snack - orange and ff yoghurt

Dinner - creamy chicken korma with rice (recipe from latest mag)and mango, red onion and chilli salsa. 2 sw onions bhajees (4 syns)

Supper - snack size wild + whippy (6syns) and snack size crazy caramel (9 syns)

Sunday - red day

Breakfast - none as got up too late

Lunch - tinned mackeral on toast (hexb) with a banana and ff yoghurt

Dinner - asda pork shanks with caraelised onion butter And celariac chips (not sure how many syns but willl allow all 15)

Supper - fibreplus bar (hexb) and 2 clementines

Syns- ? 15ish hopefully. (haven't had my a choices today)

Monday - green day

Lunch - jacket potato and baked beans with cheese(hexa). Peach. Ff yoghurt

Dineer - 3 bean chilli with rice and cheese(hexa)

Supper - fibreplus bar

Syns - 0 still worried about the syns in yesterdays pork shank so going without syns again today

Tuesday - extra easy

Lost 0.8lbs today. Bit disapointed after last weeks fab loss but still on the way down so all good!

Breakfast - oatbran with slice banana (hexb)

Lunch - mushroom and lentil loaf (hexa for cheese in it)with a large salad. Ff onken yoghurt and clementine

Snack - banana

Dinner - 3 weightwatchers sausages with actifry chips(3 syns) eggs and mushrooms. Brown sauce (2syns)

Snack - wild and whippy (6 syns) and a skinny cow lolly (4.5syns)

Syns - 15.5

Wednesday - extra easy

Breakfast - oatbran with sliced banana

Lunch - slice of mushroom and lentil loaf (hexa). Ff yoghurt.

Snack - had an experiment and made some biscuits with oatbran. Not a bad result but needs a little bit of work. I ate 3 (4.5syn)

Dinner - slow cooked gammon with jacket potato with 1 extra light laughing cow (1 syn) and salad and hard boiled egg. extra light mayo (1 syn)

Snack - more biscuits (3 syns)

Thursday - extra easy

Breakfast - boiled egg with asparagus soldiers

Lunch - spaghetti on toast (hexb) and a grapefruit

Snack - homemade onion bhajee (2 syns). Banana and half a tin of marrow fat peas (weird I know but really fancied them!)

Dinner - gammon and salad with baked sweet potato and cheese (hexa)

Pudding - fresh raspberries with ff yoghurt and 2 meringue nests (5syns)

Friday - extra easy

Breakfast - oatbran with chopped banana

Lunch - ham salad with a slice of mushroom and lentil loaf (hexa). Mug of homemade vegetable soup(passata, tomatoes, carrots, courgette, peppers, onion , herbs and garlic).ff yoghurt.

Snack - peach and a freddo bar (5 syns)

Dinner - 3 light choices cumberland sausages (3 syns) with actifry chips (3 syns), mushrooms and baked beans

Skinny cow icecream (4.5 syns)

Dinner - spaghetti with homemade sauce (oniOns, garlic, passata, celery, red peppers, fresh basil all cOoked slowly together then blitzed). Cheese (hexa)

Pudding - fresh figs baked with 2tsp honey (2 syns) and cinnamon. 100g light choices Vanilla icecream (6 syns)

Lost 1.2lbs today so feeling quite pleased with myself.

Breakfast - oatbran with chopped banana(hexb)

Lunch - chicken salad with balsamic vinegar. Ff yoghurt

Snack - large mug of veg soup

Dinner - 4 light sausages (2syns) with mashed swede, carrots, brocolli and gravy (3 syns)

Supper - figs with feta cheese(hexa) and ham

Snack - 2 mini caramel shortcakesa (5syns)

Lunch - chicken and feta (hexa) salad with balsamic vinegar. Ff yoghurt and an orange

Snack - a mug of homemade veg soup and some ham

Dinner - chicken curry (was a ready made one and - can't find any syn info on it. Was only 5% fat though and had all natural ingredients). - have 10 spare syns today so am pretty sure that will cover it

Supper - figs with feta(hexa) and ham, drizzled with reduced raspberry vinegar

Snack - fibreplus bar (hexb)

Syns 5 + curry so saying 15

Eeeek! Just found out that the curry was 19syns so actually used 24 today!

I fell off the Slimming World wagon over the weekend. Firstly I went out for a meal with the girls from work to an all you can eat chinese restaurant on Friday, then went to my Mum's for dinner on Saturday which is never good as she's a fab cook and piles our plates up, then on Sunday I just though 'sod it' and carried on my trail of destruction. Ooops! I am back on it today though and will cover my eyes when I get on the scales tomorrow!!!

Monday - extra easy

Breakfast -oatbran with chopped banana

Snack - mug of veg soup

Lunch - 3 figs with ham and feta cheese(hexa) and a bowl of actifry chips made with frylight

Dinner - roast duck with roast potatoes and peas, carrots and brocolli. Gravy (6 syns)

Pudding - raspberries and 100g light icecream (6syns)

Snack - mini mars bar (9 syns)

Breakfast - porridge with scan bran, water, raspberries and sweetener

Lunch - ham and feta salad (hexb) with couscous. FF yoghurt

Dinner - Homemade curry containing turkey breast, peppers, onions, carrots, garlic, tomatoes, passata, stock cubes, curry powder, fennel seeds, cardamon and coriander. Served with rice and a tesco finest peshwari naan bread (17 syns)

Snack - a tiny coop jam doughnut (7 syns ish)

Lunch - cous cous with tomato and chicken. Grapes, melon, pineapple and blueberries

Dinner - all you can eat chinese buffet (a million and one syns? Lol). Its my birthday on tuesday so went out with my son and hubby.

2 glasses of wine

,Not gonna try aadding that little lot of syns up!
