Sunday - extra easy

Breakfast - banana

Lunch - cous cous with chicken. Various chopped fruits.

Dinner - actifry chips (2 syns) and half a pepperoni pizza (oh dear not doing too well at the moment am I?)
Wine ( 10syns)
Crisps ....then went to bed early as a damage limitation exercise!

Monday - green day

Breakfast - frylighted egg in a 57g wholemeal roll(hexb) with 1 tbsp tomato ketchup(1syn). 2 ff yoghurts

The rest of the day went to pot!

Have climbed back on the SW wagon now my birthday is over. 100% from today!

Breakfast - oatbran(hexb) with chopped banana

Lunch - jacket potatoes with baked beans and cheese (2hexa). Mullerlight.

Snack - 2 toffifee (5 syns)

Dinner - quorn sausages (old style so free) with actifry chips (3 syns) and frylihted eggs. Tomato ketchup (3 syns)

Supper - fibreplus bar (hexb)

Breakfast - wholemeal toast (hexb) with scrambled eggs and mushrooms. Ff yoghurt.

Lunch - SW quiche(hexa) with watercress and tomato. 4 mini Jaffa cakes (4 syns).

Dinner - 3 light sausages (1.5 syns), bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and wholemeal bread (hexb). Brown sauce (2 syns)

Aaarrhh a piece of my sons pie accidentally fell in my mouth (20 syns)

Dinner - chicken casserole (with carrots, celery, onions, garlic,tomatoes, chicken stock, balsamic vinegar and herbs), roast potatoes, frozen mixed veg and green beans

Dinner - stew cooked in slow cooker with pork, onions, garlic, mixed herbs, sweet potato, carrot, celery, haricot beans, tinned tomatoes, swede, bit of chilli and smoked paprika.

Pudding - rice pudding with hexa milk and 2 tbsp jam (5syns)

Tuesday - extra easy

Breakfast - 2 light choice sausages (1 syn) with 2 large grilled mushrooms and 2 grilled tomatoes (1 syn for ketchup)

Lunch - pork stew as per last week (I froze some leftovers). Ff yoghurt.

Dinner - I noticed just as I was about to start cooking that my American style fridge freezer wasn't working. Ended up trying to stash everything in an old fridge and freezer in the garage which took ages and had to get my son to to footy training so ended up with no time to cook. I ended up with more leftover pork stew then a tin of ravioli with cheese(hexa) when I got in.
