Phew weighed in yesterday at 14.7 so onwards and downwards do me. My next goal is to be in the 13stone bracket and to have reached 13.7 by end of July. Pretty easy target so totally doable. My a is to have lost 7st by the end of the year and I hope to be half way by July hence the target. I agree. Now I am not bothered if this takes a while. I thought I would be done by May but I am now looking at July probably because if the things I have planned. I think it's also more sustainable when you have breaks along the way and then get back into it. Otherwise I think I would have gorged myself if I'd been straight shakes all the way.
