Yep - started SS on Monday. 1st weigh in on Sunday.

Currently weighing in at 18 1/2 stone. Basically lived like a student for the last 15 years, too much drinking, not paying enough attention to what I eat. Looking to get down to 14 stone. Even though this would probably be above my recommended BMI, I am a fairly big set (played rugby semi-pro) and I reckon any lower I would look a bit strange. Will see how it goes.

Very happy with the diet so far - it really is true that begin not to feel hungry.

I proved my man hood on day four of CD when my wife decided to invite my mates over for a bbq.
I cooked for them and watched them drink my beer and wine and I drank water all night.
I did ring Chris for support while they were eating. I sat in the house on my own and rang him.
What a day to do it though talk about torture.
Chris said if you get through this then you will have no probs on this diet and he was spot on.

I'd think it would be because they have more muscle and muscle usage burns cals. That sound any good? I'm not 100% sure but it's the main reason I can think of.
