Where's Skinny Minnie?
Does this sound right?

Breakfast
French Toast (HEb) with blueberries and 2 tsp honey (2 syns)


Lunch
Crab and Sweetcorn with mixed salad leaves (1/3) and 1 tbsp xl mayo (0.25 syns)

Dinner
Mashed Potato with Morrisons ES Sausages, Onion Gravy and Broccoli (1/3) (2 syns worth of gravy)

HEa will be skimmed milk used in hot drinks and mash

Very wary of EE as it caused me a gain so would really appreciate advice - ta muchly x
 
yeap looks fine hun u don't need to worry about 1/3 on ee. ok yeah the veg is good for u and if u can manage a 1/3 thats great but doesn't need to be the thing with ee it is just that u don't need to think to much or weigh.
r u saving the rest of your syns incase u fancy something. cause 4 syns isn't enough
