Messed up today...

has started again!!
It was all going so well and then I baked....

scones, jam tarts and gingerbread.


I baked then I ate. Oh knickers! WTH do I do this? I want to be slim, I want my goal but this time I dont think I even heard the voices. I just ate.

I am so cross.

OH well, climb back on again for the umpteenth time I suppose. Manyana, manyana!!
 
dont eat anymore for the rest of the day, and start the new day tomorrow, whats done is done

drink some water, flush it through, and damage limitation!
 
you can get back on track, start focusing again now and dont turn this into a binge (which i would be tempted to do) drink lots more water and see if you can get some exercise at all.
