Hi girls

Ive tried every diet under the sun. Ive been at it for years but am at my heaviest now. I feel so bloated and sluggish at the moment. Im 5 foot 4 and weigh about 16 stone. My sister is getting married this year and Im a bridesmaid. Im also trying for a baby this year. Does it take long to loose weight on slimfast? Is it quicker than weight watchers??

Come join us!!! Can't answer the question about how fast it works compared to WW but as WW is the only other "diet" i've done i'm finding SF a lot easier to manage... much easier not to over eat and snack and miscount points etc so i'm hoping the weight comes off faster.
