After one month I have measured myself again to see if I have lost some inches :)

Upper arm - lost 1/2 inch
Bust - Sts
Waist - lost 1 inch
Hips - lost 1.5 inches
Thigh - lost 1 inch

Whoop, whoop although the weight loss is slow - I am pleased with these results.
