    B - 28g Porridge Oats (hxb) and skimmed milk (hxa)

    S - Banana

    L - bread x 2 (hxb) and spaghetti

    S - Apple

    D - Jkt Pot, Beans, Salad, Tomato, Cucumber, Pepper, Onion and quorn pepper grill (f)

    OOh it sounds like a perfect food day to me! (minus salad...i hate salad lol)
    Porridge is my FAVOURITE breakfast ever, with a tablespoon of sweetener! yummy!!
    Jacket Potato and beans is my ultimate comfort food!!!

    MILLIE MILLIE MILLIE - I am back, how's it going? fell off the sw wagon big time, mainly because i did this MEND programme with meg and it made me food crazy lol! good luck with first wi of 2011, when is the holiday?

    First class weigh in - Gained 4lb. weight now 11 st 7lb I aim to loose a stone and brought a 12 week countdown.

    L - bread x2(hxb) and 1/2 fat cheese 42g (hxa), banana

    D- jkt pot, beans, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, pepper and onion.

    S - grapefruit, banana

    L - free veggie soup

    S - Melon

    D - quorn sausage, beans, onion, chilli, mashed potato and 42g half fat cheese (hxa)

    S - Hi fi bar (hxb)

    syns. 0/70 (Saving for girlie night on Friday)

    B - 28g shreddies (hxb), milk (hxa) and banana

    S - apple

    L - sweet potato chips

    D- SW roasties, carrot, broccoli, parsnip, cauli and sprouts

    S - skinny cow little dipper - 3 1/2 syns , mullerlight, banana, hi fi bar (hxb)

    EXCERCISE - 1hr in the gym
