Hi Donna - I am going to try to have all different B choices this week and see if that makes a difference.

S - melon, 3 x bahlsen choco Leibniz = 10 1/2 syns

Thanks for your comments, seriously I eat sooooo much - I feel quite piggy at times!

I will try and change my B choices a bit more , my food on Wed, Thur, Fri has been pretty much the same as they are my long work days. All that changes next week though as my little one starts school so I have changed my working hours. So hopefully I can switch it up a bit.

I really wanted to get down to the next stone bracket for my holiday!

D - pasta and tomato sauce

S - Alpen Light (Hxb) Bacardi and diet coke ( 2 1/2 syns)

Well done on your loss, I lost 1lb also!

I had a lovely saturday thank you, visited mum and then went for a big (extended) familly picnic to celebrate my cousin's 30th birthday, it was lovely, bit cold mind you, came home and made Emma-Louise's burgers and chips, omg sw diet is the best!

What have you changed your hours to? i used to work 30 hours 6 day on, 2 off, but from 1st Sept I only work 22.5 hours, Mon-Weds 9-5:15, I am loving it

Do you have son or daughter? what day do they start? kleenex at the ready lol!

I have a little boy, although not so little now he has started school! Only do 25 hours a week now, which allows me to pick up and drop off at school.

Only 6 weeks to my holiday now - no chance of loosing my aim of half a stone lol!


Must be good this weekend.
