HI Millie - sorry to hear that youg ained, looking at your diary i have no idea why, could it be muscle weight? you've been exercising a lot recently, i gained 1lb last week, which was rubbish as i hardly ate due to stress, hopefully you'll have a bit loss this week, i did 3lbs off, big hug and don;t let it get you down! how's your little boy at school? settled?

LOL!!! I lost 3 1/2 last week, the week before I gained.
