Well.......now on day 121 of the diet!!

Just got in from work so i decided as its late and i would be rushed, im not going to eat today.
I have just had my first shake!

I will try again tomorrow :)

Its good that you don't want to eat just for the sake of it !
Planning a nice meal, whatever it is, should be enjoyed :)
Extra days on tfr wont damage you, it will just put you further into the 12's :D

The plan is still chow mein katie.

Going to try and get an earlier finish at work tomorrow, go for a sunbed, chill out and have a meal with my son. :)
 
So, not the day i was expecting and still just had 2 shakes.
I really didnt want to rush a meal or come to bed bloated through eating late so chose to wait.
I feel happy about this.
If tomorrow is the same then i will just wait until saturday. There is no hurry is there. :)
 
Well done MM you're great - amazing will power and you've learned so much on your journey food wise - enjoy your meal tomorrow and as you say if tomorrow is not the day there is no rush - you're doing so well x
 
No, no hurry. This is one of the reasons why I gain weight in the first place, thinking that I should eat and so I do and almost behaving as if the food won't be there tomorrow. Enjoy your chow mein whenver you finally manage to get it. Singapore chow mein is one of my favourite meals from our local takeaway. Won't be having that for a few months now though. LOL.

Last day at work and im off for the long weekend.
I need a lie in and some chill time after a manic week at work.
Going to do online shopping tonight too. I have a meal plan for the week so ill stick to that and see how it goes.

The chow mein has been consumed - the diet is broken!!

Feel very full but i really enjoyed it.

Unfortunately my eyes are still bigger than my belly though as i got me an my son a chow mein each instead of sharing one. Nevermind, i can freeze the leftovers :)

That's a really good idea to make a meal plan and buy the foods to fit it, never thought of that - in the past I've just stopped and ate whatever on the day -- going to remember that for the future xx
