Miss Mac diary - A fresh start!

What about weighing measuring out portions of fruit? Nuts? Carrot? Celery? Rice cakes? Enough to keep you going throughout the day? Not mindless eating as your mindful in preparing and counting cals and also gets your body used to small amounts throughout the course of the day rather than a bigger meal in one go? That way your keeping that metabolism ticking nicely and less likely to eat bigger amounts at night before bed when the metabolism is slowing down? It's the only thing I can really think of? :/ xxx

Yes i could do that. I think i am just worried about getting into the habit of snacking although the healthy choices make it better.
I think i just want to stay on tfr forever.....its easier lol ;)

I understand what your saying, but imagine how amazing you feel when you come to do round 2 and you've maintained or even lost?! You'll feel a lot better than you do now. The secret is to plan. By failing to plan, your planning to fail xxx

Carrie's plan sounds good, that's not mindless eating as you'll have taken the time to plan.

The only other thing you can do is make a conscious effort to take yourself away from your area of work and have a proper lunch break as you are entitled to it. Xx

Haha i wish dusty!!

How are you getting on these days?
Have you moved yet?
Are you still cal counting?

Hey missy :)

Yeah not too bad, weight is stable but not going down so could be worse.
God no! Stupid solicitors! We've had "we'll be ready to exchange tomorrow/early next week" for the last 4 weeks!!!!
No cc just trying my best not to eat badly x

End of day 119.

Last day of week 17!

Last day on TFR tomorrow :D

Weigh in day tomorrow. I need 3lb to get me in the 12's but the way i hang around the stone markers for ages before tipping over, im not too optimistic of achieving this. But as i have said all along, i couldnt be any better than 100% so what ever i lose i have tried my best :)

Im looking forward to your weigh in, got everything crossed for the 12's for you xx

Hi and thanks for reading!
Good luck on your journey, stick at it, it is doable! If i can do it anyone can.
Its certainly not my first attempt at tfr but definitely my most successful :)

No, it's not my first attempt either. I did three months on Lipotrim in 2011 and lost 3st 5lbs in just under three months then fell spectacularly off the wagon and ended up putting all the weight back on and more. Am now 1st 2lbs heavier than when I started LT. Have made a number of half-hearted attempts to do it again but always end up giving up. I found it relatively easy the very first time I did it but have found it very difficult to re-start and keep going for any length of time. But am feeling very determined this time having tipped over the 17st mark for the first time. I really have got to put the brakes on now and deal with this weight issue once and for all.

Good luck for WI chick :cross:
