Third assessment done and first interview done!
I enjoyed today and think it went well.
I hope so, fingers crossed.
Up early tomorrow for second interview of the week and its weigh day too
Dreading this interview as i think it will be a hard one and i dont think im too good at interviews in general!!
Going for a hot bath now and then doing some prep work for tomorrow

Total loss: 1st 4lb
Omg the shock!! 5lb
I am half a pound off being back in the 12's and half a pound off being back to my end of phase 1 weight!!
I think all of the nerves i have had for the past week must have been burning some calories
Next week 12's hopefully

Total loss: 1st 4lb

Looking for a new job yoyo. Mine has turned horrendous and the only solution is to leave unfortunately! Its a shame coz up until 4 months ago, i loved my job.
I have been lucky in that i have been invited for several interviews for jobs i applied for and they have all come at once!
Just about to go for my third and final interview
Wish me luck that i get one!!

Well that was the quickest interview ever and a complete waste of my time!!!
Goes in and he goes into a spiel about the company etc. But the way he was saying it was like he was trying to sell it to me as a good opportunity (as opposed to my selling myself as an asset).
Then he continued to tell me i could be working long hours one day and short the next, not too much of an issue.
Then stated that it looked like i had a good job and why did i want to leave so told him new challenge etc.
Then he goes bet you get paid well for that though.
Yes the pay is good.
Then he goes:
Oh well we dont pay very well at all, you will be doing a bit of everything on an ad hoc basis and its a zero hours contract, how does that sound to you??
ARE YOU KIDDING??
I swear they should get done for misrepresentation in their job advert.
No mention of **** pay rates, no mention of zero hours contract and the job they advertised for, they didn't even have the contract for, hence the ad hoc, we will use you when we need to!!
It was all i could do to politely say, im sorry but based on the information you have just given me, i would like to withdraw my application!
What i really wanted to say was what a bloody waste of my time and next time you should really put all this in your advert!!
Oh and to top it off, the female interviewer asked if i had any young children that would prevent me being flexible!!! How unprofessional!!!
I am so pleased i didnt take specific time off work to attend that. If they had i would have billed them for wasting my time and lost earnings!!
Then again, obviously they couldnt afford me!!!
