That's fantastic! Lower 14s next week then before you know it you'll be hurtling towards the 13s! Fantastic! Xxx

Woop! Day 50! Well done MissMac you're doing awesome, and congrats on the loss today. I had a few 1lb losses on my journey last year, but it all added up to over 5st so you're absolutely right to get on with it!

So when i looked a previous attempts i seem to have 3 sticking points:
1 i have a night off end of week 4
2 i fall off end of week 7
3 i struggle at 14 stone because i 'feel better'

Now i am past number 1 and didnt have a night off so i survived that :)

I have just got to the end of week 7 so at the end of this week i will have survived number 2 :)

So i just have number 3 to contend with!!
I am hoping my determination this time will see me through that :)

This is now officially the longest i have done TFR 100% :)
 
I struggle to get through the 11s, so maybe don't weigh for a month?

That's what I'm doing now. I know it works, I feel good, carry on :) x

I'm also at the point where I usually feel 'better' and relax it until I fall off plan...determined not to do that this time, going to see this as a new chapter in the journey, voyage into the unknown *dramatic face*

50 days & another 2lb off well done. Just keep thinking of your spring wardrobe xx
 
I reckon you can smash it if you put your mind to it! You have come so far you can't stop now.... :girlpower:
 
You've done amazingly hun! Be proud of yourself and blast your way through the 2nd hurdle. I too am at the point where I'm feeling much 'better' and to be honest I've been worrying since having last week off but I think you're doing great for cracking on for as long as you can :) xx

And, if that's you at the end of week 7, you are actually ahead of the 1st off a month eh ? ;)

I think if you are comfy in the 14's and always have a sticking point, you should think how fantastic you will feel in the 13's !
Make that your new sticking point, for now. Chip away at the sticking points, slowly, and you will get there :)

Yes i am slightly ahead at the minute marge, just hope it stays that way. Its only because i lost more than a stone in the first month as week 1 loss is normally such a good one.
I need to stay ahead though as it plays a big part in my grand plan ;)

I will get through each sticking point one at a time!! I will learn from my past mistakes and i will change the things i need to in order to succeed!!!
I will do this!!

Its still hard though. Food thoughts again tonight!
Had to pop to asda to stock up on shakes and was so worried i would buy a cooked chicken!!
Ran in ran out!!!

Last weigh in of february next wednesday and i want a 4lb loss, its optimistic but much more achievable without chicken eh!!
 
Well done MM 2 stone 3 lbs in 50 days is really fantastic you are doing fab and recognising those 3 points from last time is brilliant also - well done for running in and back out of Asda and staying clear of those chickens x
 
Very well done on getting to day 50 and the 2lb loss :D You still sound very motivated so there's no reason at all that you can't kick the butt of sticking point 3 - you've already shown that what's happened before doesn't have to happen again.

Stay strong, I want to be chasing you in days for a long time yet xx

2 more days at work then its the weekend.
The days are dragging at work at the minute and i just cant be bothered to be there!
I think everything is just out of routine though with my son being away!
Roll on sunday when he is back :)
