DINNER
Hecks sausages 3 syns
Eggs
Apples
Water

Sausages needed using and just wanted something quick so put eggs with them and eaten 2 apples for speed.

EVENING DINNER
Mugshot - Stupid me
Ham
2 bottles of wine......eeek! Stupid me!

Need to make up for it and get some veg down my neck!

Vegetable soup 2 syns.
Water

EVENING DINNER
No butter chicken curry and boiled rice

Hiya...im really not feeling well.

Started with a bad cough and im full of it now with a banging headache.

Staying to plan though so will hopfully post diary later :)

Oh you poor thing. I have something similar -though I expect most people have - not that it will make you any better.
Plenty of rest they say. I hope you feel a lot better soon x
 
TUESDAY 20TH FEBRUARY 2018

I am currently ill with the flu. Its a nasty horrible virus and even hurts to blink. I am trying to stick to plan. I dont feel like eating except first thing in the morning.

BREAKFAST

DINNER
Bowl of veggie soup
Tesco HL Bar 3.5 syns

EVENING DINNER
Mug shot on the go 1 syn
Slice of corned beef1 syn

I also drank 2 litres of diet lemonade and a load of water through the day.

SUNDAY 24TH FEB 2018

Not had a good appetite today. I am so tired and fed up of coughing.

BREAKFAST
Bacon and egg muffin HEB
2x coffee milk from HEA 2 syns for sugar

LUNCH
Coffee, milk from HEA 1 syn for sugar

EVENING DINNER
Bit of left over no butter chicken curry.

3 ryvita rye bakes with 25g philly lightest and ham 4 syns.

Alpen light bar 3.5 syns

Coffee with a shot of cognac in as I just feel cold and crap. 3.5 syns
 
MONDAY 26TH FEBRUARY 2018

BREAKFAST
Egg muffin HEB
3x coffee milk from HEA plus 3 syns for sugar.

DINNER
Got taken out for lunch which was nice. Feel a bit sick afterwards but its staying down thankfully.
Sirloin steak, small jacket potatoe, garden peas, side salad, onion rings 3 syns and small portion of butter 3.5 syns.

EVENING DINNER
Not that hungry after lunch so had a mugshot on the go Madras 1.5 syns

Hi there X I'm just getting over the flu myself. It's taken over a week so far and I'm still not 100% yet. Hope you're feeling better soon.
