Turkey bacon and egg on toast HEB

DINNER
Mug shot...not ideal but not hungry. 1 syn

EVENING DINNER
No butter chicken curry and boiled rice...really enjoyed it. Made it spicier and it decongested me enough to breathe hahaha.

Large glass of sugar free cordial

Brandy coffee 3 syns (there wasnt a full measure so knocked half a syn off). Milk from HEA, sugar syn inc.

Packet of frazzles. 4.5 syns.

Scrambled egg, bacon and beans

DINNER

EVENING DINNER
Stewed steak (2 syns), actifry chips (1 syn), peppers and onions.
Water.

Packet of Frazzles 4.5 syns
Water
Head is banging again due to painful sinuses. Had 2 ibuprofen instead of lemsip. More water.

5 Ryvita Rye Cakes (HEB), 50g Philidelphia Lightest (2 syns), a few slices of ham.

Fiber 1 bar Lemon Drizzle 4 syns

DINNER
Chippy fish with majority of batter removed..about 2 syns for scraps left on it.
Diet coke.

Water
Slice of ham

EVENING DINNER
Bacon, potatoe and onion bake.
Homemade broccoli soup.
Water

I have just noticed your old red and green diary. I loved that plan and have considered doing it again. Cannot remember most of it now.

Do you prefer the extra easy ?
 
Yeah I do, I didn't think it would work for me and that i'd miss having 2 HEB but it does and I don't miss it cos I can have potatoes etc apart from on SP day.

Went for a meal at an Indian restaurant. I used damage limitation. I hadnt had many syns so hopfully it covered some of them.

Had Garlic Chicken Tikka Balti with rice and 2 glasses of wine (its very rare im not the one driving so made most of it haha).

Coffee in cinema, milk from HEA plus a syn for sugar.
