Coffee in appointment which tasted suspiciously like coffee mate...eek...ill put 2 syns on as didnt add sugar.

Dinner
Bacon, beans and scrambled egg plus 2 coffees (2 syns for sugar)

Late afternoon
Fish from chippy removed most batter but did have a bit...4 syns

SW friendly chicken in black pepper sauce (pinch of nom recipie minus mushroom and courgette as I dont like them...added more sugersnap and babycorn).
NO RICE OR NOODLES as SP day.

1.5 bottles of wine cos someone managed to make me so angry and stressed I felt like eating the whole cupboard but opted for wine...not good...could be worse lol.

Carrot and coriander soup...not sure how many to syn...I checked the chef who made it and it is vegan and gluten free. No milk, cream or yoghurt. No flour or thickeners. Only thing is veg is fried off in oil....about 2 do you think?
