Spicy green lentil soup (2 syns), seeded bread...I took all seeds off the top...there was none inside and only a small piece so may get away with calling it HEB as pretty brown inside.

EVENING DINNER
Roast pork left over dinner from last night 2 syns for gravy and actifry potatoes

Some seafood sticks

Smoked salmon, babyleaf salad and Philly lightest (2 syns 50g)

Leftover roast pork

Pack of KP ringos 3.5 syns

On a proper binge today...im just really hungry.

I know you used to do red and green at some point. I have seen the posts but don't know how to get back to it.

Would you mind telling me the name of it.

I put 7.1/2lbs on last week. Just kept on eating. Lost 3.1/2 of it this week thank goodness.
