Is gullivas world good hunny? We are taking my son in April next year to the one in peak district xxxx
 
It is, its not massive like Alton Towers but it is good and sections are divided to focus on a different world. Son isnt a fan of rides but he will go on a few there and enjoys the other aspects of the theme park.

Its really child friendly and staff are lovely.

We go the Warrington one.

BREAKFAST
Going to Wetherspoons so having the gluten free breakfast with scrambled egg, bacon and beans. Will have some fruit as speed as don't like the mushroom and tomatoe.

4x filter coffee, milk from HEA plus 4 syns for sugar.

DINNER
Salmon, lettuce, peppers and seafood sticks.

EVENING DINNER
Heck Sausages (5 syns), actifry chips (1 syn for 10 squirts of 2cal rapeseed oil), peppers and onions done in frylight.

3 cinnamon swirls (mini ones baked with jus-rol light puff pastry) 6 syns....wish I hadnt, feels like a waste.

Apparently, you can get 60 of these out of the Jus-Rol but I only managed 27 so synned them at 2 each. You will need to adjust accordingly.

I have a training course this morning so its a bit of grab and go.

DINNER
Fish from chippy, nearly every bit of batter removed so just putting 1 syn on.

Can of diet coke.

Went for dinner with my friends, avoided carbs but did have a small dessert of plum and almond tart with Chantilly cream...so nice.

EVENING DINNER
Heck sausages (2.5 syns) with peppers and onions.

Not totting the syns up, I used damage limitation and have tried a number of speed days this week so it went okay and maintained.

Hiya! I have been away the last week, went with good intentions but went off plan but with a bit of caution.

Stood on scales when I got back (Monday, not my regular weigh day) and have had a gain of 3lb. Hoping to lose it by Friday by doing a speed week.

I was also taking medication while I was awsy for something which is known for bloating. Hoping now I have stopped it, it will help.

So....trying for a speed week.

Gone over syn allowance, I had the Alpen light bar as had to have something to eat with the painkillers and just didnt have anything else.
