Helllo I've come back to Minmins after a few years off and remember we used to have a Weigh in thread for Mondays, it was good fun and anyone can pop on along the way.
Just announce your loss or raise or STS, from there people can link up with each other through their diary's and follow and help.

Its also very helpful at times to see your not alone on the boards with an STS ( stay the same) or to put on a lb or 2, :)

Sometimes I think people don't cross paths if thier in different diet threads so it's a good way to find friends to. :)

I'm in. WI day tomorrow. I've been really good all week, but my body just doesn't feel like it's losing so I'm quite nervous to get on the scales!


...we're sinking deeper.
