my weigh in day is Monday but im starting My diary from today (thursday)

breakfast(black coffee)

lunch: ww pie (6.5 points)homemade oven chips (3 points)3 tbsp baked beans(2.5 points)

dinner: 4 slices of ww bread(2 points) 2 tsp of marg (2 points)

snacks: frys turkish delight (3points) curly wurly (2.5 points)
4 crisp breads (1 point)
50g of ww soft cheese(1 point)
1 bottle of becks (1 point)

Total 23.5/26 (trying to regain 7 points)
