Not sure how wise it is to measure on boxing day morning but if I don't do it now I will forget! Not too bad though, only half an inch on my waist!

Would it be ok to record these on this thread, or will that mess things up?
 
May I join? I've never really kept a check on my measurements. Maybe this will help me with those weeks when I feel like I've lost but the scales don't agree!
