Morning or evening weigh in or just when you remember

I always weigh in a morning after I have been to the bathroom n before I have my first drink of the day, am curious as to when everyone else weighs in.

Wednesday's are my official weigh in day to track my progress so expect my ticker to fingers x go for a lil crawl tomorrow :)

I get weighed at boots so its as soon as ive got up, got the kids up, dressed and fed. try not to eat or drink before hand

I weigh in first thing in morning after i've been to the bathroom.. Proper WI day is wednesday. Let's hope I have STS tomorrow - don't expect to loose this week..

first thing seems to be the trend! as do i.. dont think it matters to much in reality but its the feel good factor that im sure we are all looking for!.. i do mine on a sunday morning, but that makes saturday a right strain with the kids home and just "just done shopping"..
ive gone down the "day off" approach, this being sundays but thinking of switching to saturday weigh ins and and then saturdays off!.. each to there own i guess though!... :/

Morning is actually your true weight as over the day you add extra weight depending on what you've eaten or drunk and can fluctuate more. Besides I prefer feeling lighter. But it doesn't matter as long as you're consistent as to the time .
If you weigh in one morning don't be suprised if the next time you weigh in it's in the evening and youve put 5 lb on :)
