i must admit i try not to go more then 10pp over in a day except for special occasions ..... however i suppose in theory you could use all 49 of your weekly's in 1 day as long as you don't go over the rest of the week :)

I had my dailys (when i was on 39 points), my weeklies and still went over by 10... i had to do a fair bit of walking the days after to make up for it!! We have all done it so don't worry too much!!

ya, you can have your dailies and your weeklies all in one day but then obviously your weeklies are gone for rest of week. liste, w all have bad days, DO count it in but carry on. its only until your weigh in and then you get to start afresh! :)

Thanks for your replies and support it really does mean a lot. Im glad I counted it up cause it really made me realise what a pig I am and that I just eat for the sake of it cause there was no way I could have been hungry! WI is tue morn cause I cant make my mon night class so I just hope I can repair the damage in time! Thanks again x :)

Sometimes it needs a shock to the system like that to remotivate yourself... its definitely what happens to me. I did it once and it was enough for me to feel embarrassment even though it was only me and esource who would know :)

Don't stress... if you can do some exercise, maybe walking over the weekend :)

Lol why do we do these things? Ive been really good today and only had my 29 pp's and ive done a bit of walking and loads of cleaning so i'll hopefully carry this through the weekend, fingers crossed :) thanks for support x

Thats ok, thats what we are all here for :)

I realised recently that when i start to feel good about losing any weight, especially as i near a half stone mark, i try to sabotage it. Its like i dont want to be slim cos i cant remember what it feels like to be slim! Been so long! Now when i do it, i get a photo out from when i was at my happiest weight and its a reminder. Plus i do the pasta challenge thing my leader suggested (carrying 7 pieces of pasta that represent a lb each, for each lb you lose you take one out the bag ) so it doesnt seem a lot to lose at each stage. I hope with that i don't scare myself :)

Loving the pasta challenge! Its strange the way our minds work isnt it? I know how disgusting I feel now and also how bad I feel when im over eating but yet when the cravings start I just cant stop myself, I try to talk myself out of it and remember how bad I feel and how good I feel when im on the scales and ive lost, but it still doesnt work :sigh: think its psychological with me :( x

Its psychological with a lot of people so dont be disheartened. Anytime you feel a binge coming on, just come on here and see if anyones around to chat to... we can all help each other :)

Theres usually someone around... i work a lot of nights in my job so im sometime prowling about :) Your going to be fine though :)

Hmm well i seem to have gone off the rails a wee bit the last few days. Im struggling cos i work shifts so my eating habits are horrendous... Im starting afresh this week. I also have started doing the 100k step challenge on this site which is good for getting me moving more... i hate thinking i have failed so its encouraging me to move!! What about you? x

Good luck with the step challenge and dont think that you've failed, we all go off the rails some times, its so hard to keep motivated isnt it? We should be proud of every lb we lose and not see a little blip as failure. Ive got my weigh in in the morning because I couldnt make mon night class so im keeping my fingers crossed cause not been brill as you know, plus its my star week. Ive done quite a bit of walking but I really need to start going on my Wii Fit again, its just finding the time and motivating myself to go on it x

Its the motivation with me too!! I bought the Zumba dvds a few weeks back and not tried them yet! Its still a fair few weeks until xmas so im aiming for half a stone at least by then! Every day ill give my self a wee kick to get going :)

Im sure you'll do it! Ive lost half a stone up to now and would love to lose another half by xmas, I think it is possible if I really behave myself now and try to control the dreaded choc cravings! x
