Although i am doing CD for myself it is nice to have short term and long term goals.

In the short term i was thinking how nice it will be if i have shifted a load of weight by the time the kids go back to school. That will give the mums something to talk about

In the long term i want to get back into my size 12 clothes that are screwed up in a bag in the loft !!!!!

Any other goals people have ??

My short term goal was to get on my plane to Florida without hurting myself again.

My long term goal is to be around to see my kids get married and support them until they are capable of supporting themselves.

Well by the end of the school holidays I wanted to be close to three stone thinner than when I started, actually at this rate it will probably be 2 1/2 stone but that is still ok. Unfortunatley though it looks as if we may be changing schools so the motivation of seeing the other mums faces is waning a bit!

I have a women in business event in October and I would really like to be able to buy something in a size 14 from Per Una - that is my medium term goal.

My long term goal is to get under 10 stone, which will probably be about a size 12 for me. That is still a stone over my recommended weight for my height but I will be happy stopping there. I would think I should be there in about three months time so probably about beginning of November.

Then it is management until Christmas time and then I want to enter 2007 as a thin person in control of my food and my thoughts around food.

Actually - that's what I had for my Xmas dinner last year - and it was fab, despite the glowering looks from my mother (who'd MADE me cook the dinner for everyone!)
