I know its hard to stick to the plan when you burn so much in gym. Unless you have only one thing to do.

I'm WSing now, as I am loving the gym, and have started running too !!:eek:

Well I've gained a couple of pounds, which was to be expected (not actually started the 5-2 diet yet), really starting to enjoy the running. I even managed to run 1.5 miles non-stop in 17 mins 33 seconds yesterday, not bad for a fatty :D

O my gosh! 10 minute mile that is brilliant
 
I started off at a slightly faster pace, but decided after 2 minutes to slow down a bit. 2 mile run tonight!! :eek:
