Day 11

Today's events/intake

07:10 - Got up and went downstairs!! I am doing this!!!
07:55 - Large cup of coffee (splash of skimmed milk)
10:20 - Bottle of water (1 litre)
13:30 - Chocolate shake with a spoonful of espresso (250 ml water)
15:00 - Strawberry shake (250 ml water)
18:00 - Bottle of Coke Zero (500 ml)
20:00 - PORRIDGE (200 ml water)
20:40 - Glass of water (300 ml)
22:00 - Zzzzzzz!! Tired.com

Had a busy day today, my son have football training 10:30-12:00, then I had to get home have my first shake, wrap some parcels, have my second shake. Then go into town send my parcels and go and have my eyes tested. After that I took my son to get a Mickey D's before going to the cinema to watch the new Star Trek film in 3D. I can, I will and I am doing this!! Stay strong everyone!!!

11:40 - Started a bottle of water (1.5 litre)
14:30 - Vanilla shake with a spoonful of espresso (300 ml water)
17:00 - Large cup of coffee (with skimmed milk)
18:45 - PORRIDGE (200 ml water)
20:10 - Bottle of Coke Zero (500 ml)
22:30 - Zzzzzzz!! Tired.com

A nice quiet(ish) day today got up nice and early, hovered and watched football. Cooked the kids scampi and chips for dinner, scrapped the plates off and I didn't even think about picking at the chips they'd left :) Now I'm starting to think about my week 2 WI :D I can, I will and I am doing this!! Stay strong everyone!!!

Went to Tesco's on my way into work this morning and got myself some Listerine, furry tongue syndrome. It is awful and I have a constant feeling that I have something at the back of my throat that I need to swallow :(

Apart from mouth feeling like it's been used to clean a camels arse, it's been another good day and I cannot wait until my WI tomorrow!! I can, I will and I am doing this!! Stay strong everyone!!!

Had a very busy day, had to have my second pack when I got in from work. Tongue doesn't seem to be as furry now I've started using the mouthwash. I ordered some Listerine strips yesterday too, so hopefully they'll arrive tomorrow. Really please that I've lost 18 lb in my first 2 weeks :D I can, I will and I am doing this!! Had a really busy morning (until 12:45) preparing study material for the exam I'm taking on Monday. Picked up my glasses, the first pair of glasses I've had.

I like the sound of the new products Exante announced tonight. Shepherd's Pie, Spaghetti Bolognese, Apple & Cinnamon Porridge, Mousse Mix and Chilli! These will be in stock at the end of next month!! How exciting, Shephards Pie, Bolognaise and Chilli are three of my favourite meals!! I can't wait :D

23:00 - Zzzzzzz!! Going to bed and feeling sorry for myself!! :(

I find this diet so much easier when I'm at work, as it's more of a routine!! I've been pretty good up until tonight, I put my daughter to bed and came back downstairs. The wife had cooked 6 springs rolls, eaten 4 for her dinner and left the other 2 on the side in the kitchen. :( I only went and ate them both :'( and extra 250 calories and 25g of carbs, I could kick myself!! I just hope it isn't enough to knock me out of ketosis...

I can and I will do this!! Stay strong everyone!!!
