    I thought i would start a food diary , i started on the 15th dec 2010 after coming off a vlcd, but today my weight is 14st 6lbs up 1lb from last monday due to the switch of diet so im taking today as my my first day, due to the xmas shopping madness my food shop isnt turning up untill 8-10pm tonight so going to have to make do with what i have in the house today.

    Monday/20/12/2010
    Breakfast
    2 weetabix biscuits (3)
    140ml skimmed milk (1)
    4 teaspoons sweetener(1)

    Lunch
    2 Slices asda Thick wholemeal bread (5)
    100g Cottage cheese (3)

    Thanks for the comments, i used to hate going food shopping but i plan so much better when i order online and i spend less, means i dont have to go out in the snow either, shame it doesnt put itself away though lol. Fingers crossed this week will go well, i really like the diet itself i dont feel deprived at all just become very aware of portion sizes! I love reading through everyones food diarys good to compare notes.

    I wont be having the noodles i had last night again i was so hungry not long after so hoping my big prawn salad tonight will keep me full for longer as i generally save my yoghurt and a piece of fruit for the evening if i get hungry

    My prawn salad last night was great i was stuffed and didnt feel hungry again so think i will be having that again next week.
