D None as going out for a friends birthday meal! Tut tut!

T Ok here goes this is truthfully what I ate!
Lasagne and salad.One piece of garlic bread and a handful of chips and pudding was waffle with toffee sauce,banana and a scoop of ice cream.
2 x jagermeister and full fat red bull
All of the above was very synful but lush!! Back on track for tomorrow!
I also lost 2lb at WI and prob put it all back on but I had a lovely evening with friends.1lb to my stone and a half award.I'm going to have to work hard this week lol.

Started again beginning of January & am 2lb off my 3.5 stone award :) Love SW
I'm not a salad lover,I'm more of a fruit person but I do love veg.
Not far to target now,I will get there one day ....
I usually do EE but have recently started mixing in some red days.
I get 2 hexa on EE due to breastfeeding & I usually stick to to around 10 syns a day.
Weigh in in the morning!
Diary is a bit rubbish today because I'm suffering from an allergy & feeling miserable :(
