Restarting my SW journey :)

Hello! I've restarted my SW journey,had my first class yesterday morning.So here goes,i'm on the EE and am allowed an extra healthy a due to bf the lil one.

D tuna jacket.I mixed the tuna with fat free light choices fromage frais,topped with 42g tesco half fat cheddar hea and lettuce,grated carrot sweetcorn,red cabbage on the side
T was so stuffed after dinner as it was late i wasn't hungry :(

So i had 2 alpen light Heb and velvet crunch cheese and spring onion and they are yummy!! And a ww toffee yoghurt for the other Hea

T Homemade sausages,used healthy living pork mince,parsley,fennel seeds and seasoning with mashed potato with healthy living fat free fromage frais and 5 laughing cow lights 2nd HEa,swede,carrots and green beans and bovril stock,red onion and balsamic vinegar reduced to make a sticky sauce.

Omg i lost 4.5lb at wi this morning! Am always on the scale and was convinced i'd lost nothing and was quite upset grr,so very pleased with the result!
Am going to do more excersise this week to see if it make a difference.
