Weigh in today and i lost 3.5lb! Very pleased with myself managing to lose 11lb in 3 weeks and only 3lb to my stone award.I am also back to my pre pregnancy weight,the weight i was when i left SW in september 2009 yay!

I made the crumble using a small amount of flora,plain flour and splenda,2 bramley apples and a load of cinnamon and shared it with my mum so was only a couple of spoonfuls so shouldn't be much! It was lovely.I made quark with options to go with it but didn't get much as my 6 year old son kept pinching it lol!
