Day 10 day 10 !!!!!
Didn't think I'd still be here lol
I'm feeling lighter jeans not so tight anymore
Just an update really everything is going well still sticking with the diet ..... Going to friends tomorrow for " drinks " lol this will b the 2nd weekend I have been and not drank .... Go me turning up with my ltr of water and coke zero!
Next weekend I'm going to the dogs had it planned before starting the diet we have the tickets that included chicken and chips :/
The food doesn't really bother me too much it's the drink ! We will only be there a few hours really and I'm driving ( yes me driving on a night out ) my friends all no that I'm on the diet but I wondered if I would b ok just to have some of the bars dilute pop ??? Mayb even a diet coke make me feel abit more " normal " I'm sure one or 2 drinks of the dilute or diet couldn't hurt too much could it ???

It's hard being around friends and having to do things differently but it's worth it I the end, ur doing great!!!
Diet coke won't take u out of ketosis it jut slows down losses, when I've bad to go pubs etc I've had a few glasses and been fine
