Hi I will be trying this recipe tonight. Making for three people and was wondering how many tins of mushy peas and chopped tomatoes I should use?

Found this on another site , might have to try

3 cans of mushy peas
1 can of baked beans
onions and mushrooms (as many as you like)
1 tablespoon of sweetener
curry powder to taste ( i use the schwartz mild curry powder as im not good with spicy foods)
fry light

brown off the onions and mushrooms in some fry light, then add all the rest of the ingredients and leave on the heat for approx 20-30 mins. If you find the mixture to thick just add some water.

ive been reccomended this curry, thanks

Hi nat - its just bumping the thread up the list so that it doesnt get forgotten about. Sometimes people cant remember where they see a recipe or an idea so it just keeps the post current x

Do you use a big or small tin of baked beans?

Made this tonight for dinner with potatoes I'd diced up, sprayed with frylite and cooked in the Actifry. It was really lovely.
