Mushy Peas

I know that all the tinned mushy peas are free, does anyone know it the homemade ones are free. I had these from canteen at work tonight at there were wee bits of ham through them. Not sure if synned xxx

Mushy peas are definately free and a SS food maybe you should ask them if they have added anything butter oil or any calorific stuff like fatty ham,we would cut off the fat.

Sounds more like a pea and ham soup, are you sure it was mushy peas?
