I'm gonna try to get a great recipe so I can start making it a home for him, I'm sure he would love that.

So weigh is back down that 1lb I gained over the weekend, yipeeeeee.

Bank Holiday today, DH is at work so I had a lie in then got up & blitzed the housework then bunged a washing in.

Just sitting catching up on all my car crash TV - Geordie Shore then Just Tattoo Of Us. After that will have a massive bubble bath & read some Harry Potter.

Not decided what to have for lunch or dinner yet, will update this later on.

Will admit to the fact that when I am usually home along on a day off work I do stuff my face quite badly. Think it is something to do with being a bit of a secret eater, DH is at work so I have no one here to judge me :p

Today has been different though, I did have something that I would usually have for lunch, Koka noodles which calculated at 13SP. Not great actually for the amount of food, I did enjoy them. Best thing though is I didn't have anything else at all, the cupboards are full of bread, wraps, crisps, chocolate & I haven't touched any :D

Super chuffed with myself!

Arrgh just realised I have gone down an SP, daily is now 30SP.

Weight is up 1lb from yesterday, not sure why because I was so good! Och well it will come back off this week at some point.

In work today until 2pm, flexi half day that I forgot I had arranged so a nice wee surprise.

Will update lunch & dinners later on.

Yup I did just have a chicken curry for my breakfast :p

Didn't realise I finished early today so didn't want it to go to waste as we don't have a freezer to store it in overnight at work.

Okay so used up some of my weekly SP yesterday, not too bad though. This week is going to be a 100% tracked week, 10 days until my holiday so just clutching at straws & trying some damage limitation at the moment.

I did want to have lost 3 stones by the time of this holiday but due to my own stupidity & greed I will be lucky to have lost 2st, I have been exactly the same weight since January 2017. What a waste of time it has been.

Need to put the effort in if I want to achieve the results.

In work 8am till 6.30pm today so not much exciting happening in my life today.

Oh I haven't checked in for a while :eek:

Been doing alright, WI this morning was 14st 11lbs so pretty much the same since all last week up or down a wee 1lb.

Came into work this morning & could feel a massive binge coming on, didn't eat too great but I also reigned it in compared to what I would normally do!

Had 2 croissants with black coffee for breakfast then an egg & ham salad for lunch with a packet of monster munch.

All in all it hasn't been too bad.

Holiday on Saturday so it's a bit of a waste of time considering I am not even close to my goal.

So I have been on my holidays to Canada & USA for just over 2 weeks, been stuffing my face since I got back on Saturday.

Need to get back on these scales then get into the zone!

Yeah good for you, its not all about the scales your there if your in the zone ;-)
