So been on holiday to the USA & Canada & since I have been back I have been a gluttonous wee piglet.

I have gained 9lbs in this time to I have taken a step backwards.

Okay so weight is down by 2lbs this morning which was great.

I had planned to do a 5:2 fast day so 600 calories yesterday but I got home & felt like eating something bad! I had big packet of onion ring crisps in the cupboard that I had bought last week when I was in a bingey mood, I made my cup a soup & just couldn't stop myself from eating the whole packet - never again though!! Last week when I ate them I thought afterwards eurghhhhhh but was sure that was because I had eaten quite a lot during that day, felt exactly the same last night so those are off the shopping list for good!

Now even though I kinda went off my plan I still only had 1273 calories which is great so a bad day but still a good day if you know what I mean.

Now to tackle today, pub lunch so having a philly cheese steak sandwich with chips - could have picked something way healthier but I decided to just have something I know I will really enjoy.
