God feel so stuffed!

Not really feeling like anything at all but put down a wee cup a soup which I can have later on when I am watching BB.

Day 1 of that TOM so will power was lacking slightly today hence the pizza.

Day off today so lazing about the house.

Gonna keep to the black coffee & water during the day, will update with my food diary later when I eat something.

Well that didn't last terribly long :p

Had a weekend willed with fun, food, cocktails & Dirty Dancing so I am up 2lbs.

Also away on business for the next 2 days so if I can STS until WI on Wednesday I will be happy with that.

It's not helping that it's TOM too :mad:

I am so bad at going AWOL when I am not doing great but I need to remember that its a journey with the ups and downs that I am recording here.

Back from a week off work and trying to curb my eating in work by having porridge for both breakfast and lunch :p

Will save me fair bit of cash too.

I work in Glasgow city centre so could easily spend £10.00 a day on breakfast, lunch, juice and a coffee - no way Jose!

So yesterday was a good day calorie wise, ended on 1228.

Had small brekkie and lunch then rather large dinner and boy did I suffer for that last night. Felt ill, will need to spread it out more evenly during the day I think and try not to eat too many carbs at night when I get home.

In work all day so have porridge, coffee and water with me.

That will get me through the day until I get home later on.

Had a subway chicken tikka salad with some sweet chilli sauce for lunch, was so good and free cos I paid with my points!

Cool I didn't realise there was another Scot here, I live in Falkirk but work in Queensferry. Porridge is a really good thing to get into the habit of eating so good on you!
 
Oh hiiiiiii fellow Scotlander!

Oh I love porridge so it's an easy habit to get into for me.

The one I am eating now is quaker oats super porridge with apple and raisin - yummy in my tummy!

I made some sort of overnight oats for work tea break. I made it in the morning as I wanted it still crunchy rather than soft. A handful of porridge oats, a grated apple, a teaspoon cinnamon, some blueberries and 3 tablespoons Greek yougurt. I stirred it together at work and it was an awful lot more than I imagined it to be, enough for three snacks rather than one.
