My 12 week challenge

Day 1 [yesterday] was fine. No cheats...
Starting weight 12 stone 12 lbs.
Inches 117.5 total bust, hips, waist.
Target weight: 9 st 8lb, inches- 101.

Day 2
Breakfast- shake
Lunch- bar
Dinner- a little sliced meat and cottage cheese, 1 biscuit, 1 small packet rice cakes, 3 roses sweets.

I am very annoyed with myself.

How do I stop eating? Desperately want to do Total plan. Have been trying to lose this weight for last 20 years!

Hugs Hun the first few days are hard but it can be done u need to be strong chick I'm on my 2nd day restart which I've lost count of now lol good luck x

and day 3 was ok... day 4 is one massive cheat.

HOW do you start and stay there? I am so unhappy.... and i went into boots to get weighed, i am actually heavier than I thought so not a happy bunny today.

Just drink water and keep telling yourself it will all be worth it when you have your first weigh in.

Im aiming to lose as close to 35lbs in the next 12 weeks and it really is possible, you just need to get your head in the right place, trust me seeing the scales go down feels a lot better then cheating does!

You can do this!
