My attempt of a 'Diary'

Well I thought I would I give this a go, not sure what to do but ah well.

My name is Georgina, I am 20 and currently a student at university home for the Summer and going to my local Slimming World Group.
Currently been going for about 3-4 weeks not sure i think so anyway, oh well and so far i lost half a stone and in need to loose 6lbs more before I gain my Stone award.

Anyway here is today's food diary:

Friday:

Lunch – Slimming world chips and fried egg
Dinner – Minestrone (Heinz Soup) and 2 Hovis Nimble bread
Healthy Extra B – 2 Hifi Rocky Road bars
Supper – Nestle Kit Kat Dark & Sun Maid Raisins
 
been one of those 'awful' days today:


Saturday:

Lunch – 2 Crumpets
Dinner – Steak Stew
Snacks – 2 Hifi Light Bars
Supper/Healthy Extra A + B – 2 Weetabix and Semi-Skimmed Milk
