My cc diary to slimdom...

    Im starting a diary to keep track of my journey to being slim fit and healthy. I was at the Gp recently and I have high cholesterol and Blood pressure, I have a strong family history so my weight is only a bit of the problem but Im only 33 and I dont want to take tablets so she said I could take 3-6 months to lose weight and get fit to see if it helps, so here goes now if that is not motivation what is. Im planning to eat between 1000 - 1300 cals per day and exercise at least 4 days per week. I really plan to stay on track over christmas too with only a little splurge on christmas day, I feel very positive and excited this time.

    Porridge with soy milk - 200
    Fruit - 100
    Soup - 150
    cracottes and flora - 110
    alpen light - 63
    Dinner - stir fry (maybe)

    Exercise - treadmill - walk/jog 45 mins
