snacks throughout the day will be,


  • 1x mullerlight chocolate sprinkes.
  • 3x options little sachets of hot choccie.
  • 3x ten calorie soup.
  • 1x weight watchers chocolate brownie dessert.
  • 1x diet coke, and plenty of water.
did 30 mins walk today to and from my doctors, will do 30 more later.

total calorie today = 1357 and 24g fat.

you can buy ww calculators and books with points values but when all else fails there is a quick formula to worrk it out;;

Say an item has

280 cals and 4g of sat fat

280 / 70 = 4

+
4 / 4 = 1

So that item would have a points value of 5 :D

you can see how heavy i am, i am allowed 1700 cals on myfitnesspal to lose 2lb a week but taking into account that on ww they include sat fact and addit on to points it work out bout the same in cals really!

29 x 70 = 2030 so its the same on ww!

and i eat 29 points on weight watchers
 
wow i had to read it twice to understand but it seems quite exiting though. seems like you get a fair bit of point/cals to eat during the day, thats great!
 
morning everyone, i can't begin to tell you how positive i'm feeling. i found a lot of low calorie foods i can have for brekkie thats also tasty and filling!

B - 10 calorie soup, 100g grilled cherry tomatoes, 165g canned mushroom fried in frylight, 3xquorn sausage, 1 diet coke - 200

L - light ocean crumble, with side salad, spring onion, cherry tomatoes, iceberg lettuce. - 300

s - ww caramel crunch,, tiny bit of slimming world scan bran cake- 200

D - salmon and prawn linguine with salad- 541

S - ww chocolate top dessert - 162

Wow i think i need to use my calories like u i seem to be eating silly foods at the min u meals sound nice

s - mullerlight- 85

l - fresh fruits, diet coke, 2x nimble bread with philly and tomato - 150

s - noodles - 300

d - stirfry and jacket potato with philly, tomato- 350

total 1,085 even though i may have another mullerlight

hey hun! i'm still getting on ok, still on track, just been out in the sunshine lazing about.

i think i've hit a plateau with my weightloss, the scales cant seem to be moving but i wont let that get me down.

so today i was out, so busy enjoying myself food free.

B - 28g branflakes, 25ml semi-skimmed milk, grapes and mullerlight mixed in with 2 tbs sweetener - 230

L - ww caramel crunch dessert - 174

S - 80g quark with a sachet of wicked white options mixed in - 100

D - 200g stirfry mix with onions and red pepper, 230 instant mash, 1 large tomato, 1 quorn fillet and half a can of spaghetti in tomato sauce. 450.

S - mullerlight with alpen light crushed on top. 150.

total 1,179!

i'm loving it.
