They are 3pp each for strawberry anyway so it's quite good. They are on 3 for £3 in asda at the moment, I got them with the little stars jellies and little stars yoghurts for my boys x

Right honey as promised... The soups!

My fav is roasted tomato, red pepper and basil soup

Quarter some tomatoes
Roughly chop a red pepper
Roughly chip an onion
A few garlic cloves

Add all the above on to an oven try and spray with fry light and pop in the oven for 25 mins

Transfer to a sauce pan, add around 750mls if veg stock, lots of basil either fresh or dried and bring to the boil for about 10 mins. Then blitz it in the blender

My other fav is butternut squash and red pepper soup

Half a butternut squash and place it on a baking try with a roughly chopped red pepper, onion and garlic and roast for around 25 mins (don't forget to spray with fry light)

Scope out the butternut squash and transfer to a sauce pan. Add you veg stock and bring to the boil and then blitz it in a blender. You can add more water to bake the soup as thin as you like. I like mine quite think as I think they are more filling

Many times I just check a load of left over veg in a pan and make up and old soup! It all depends what veg I've got in! x

The official recipe says 500g however I chuck in between 8-10 tomatoes. If the soup is too thick you can always thin it out

The soup looks really odd until you've blitzed it with the blender! x

lol I can imagine! sounds amazing, cant wait to make it!x

Well done on your weight loss so far, you've done amazing- 11 pounds in just three weeks :gimi:!!!!! Hope I do as well as you! I can't wait to get food guilt- I think when you feel bad about eating to many calories, or having too many points a day, that shows that you are on the road to SUCCESS!

Also well done on giving up smoking, I am struggling with that atm.

I also feel like giving your husband an angry red face for eating baddies in front of you, and his sister as well. And while I'm at it, also your friend :) Yup, no-one escapes the red rant face :flamingmad: I hope I can get mine to behave himself and eat bad food in secret.

Did you get that dress in the end? I think I will get myself something fabulous and expensive in the christmas sales, but for now I will be happy to fit into the dresses I've already got!

I just had some new covent garden plum tomato and basil soup, its not as nice as it used to be... Think there is more sweetener in it this time, so I might make my own too. Will work out super cheap as well, specially if the ingredients are from the market x

Congratulations on the weight loss! You're doing really well and seem to be in the zone......just wish I could say the same for myself lol xx
