My 4pp fix is M&S cherry scones... They are just devine!!! x

Mmmm mine is a penguin for 3pp, but if you have it with a cup of tea or 1pp hot choc. You have to bite off the left side corner and then the opposite corner at the other end so the diagonal corners are bitten off. Then you hold one bitten off corner in the hot drink, put your mouth over the other bitten off corner and suck until you feel the liquid touch your tongue. Take it out, and eat penguin. Its all melted and amazing, its chocolate porn and iv just convinced myself into having one now lol!.

Sorry to but in , but where do you find these. Looked in my big m and s and they had loads of scones but no Cherry ones. Do you buy them in a pack? Count on us? Or are they bakery?

right just going to let everyone know I'm going to be starting the 30 day shred as of tomorrow, I've done it before but was not motivated enough so failed, but I'm not set up for failure this time, and seeing how close Xmas and my bday is which is the 16th of December, I want to have maximum weight loss before then to feel and look my best. I know the dreaded shred is tough, but I also know it works, its only 20-25 minutes a day so I have no excuses to why I can't fit it in other than laziness, so wish me luck with it, and any feedback of how anyone else has got on on the shred would me appreciated and motivating :D xox
