My diary

Have a lovely time shopping it probably do you good I love buying clothes for the girls. Hope your feeling better now I had a bad evening me and the oh fell out and we argued over nothing so he got me so stressed I went out to buy the girls mc donalds for their tea its only 5 min walk from us and when I got back had terrible bk pain and a pain where the baby was lying it felt like I was having contractions but I wasn't, we had dinner and then later Emily hadnt been well all day was sick all over her bedroom and the bathroom so had clear it up so didnt have a great fri nite x
 
Oh no I hope she's better today, I hope your better too. I had macd's for lunch so looking to have a healthy tea tonight. My hips, back pelvis sore from shopping all morning so I'm just going to rest for a bit today got to go through the spare room today to declutter but that shouldn't make me worse and I'll just do an hour x
 
We had mc donalds but I came in under calories yesterday, I'm much better today I think it was just stess from oh, my daughter is better, dont thinks its a bug she got sent home from school on wed. Try not to over do it hun wiv spare rm im trying to get on top of my house before baby arrives but just so much to do dunno where to begin. Did you get anything nice while shopping? x
 
Bet mac d's was worth it though mine was! I got a dress and some baby grows for baby, and hubby got some clothes so did lo and we a load of new fish for our tank. I got a couple of bits yesterday so I was good today :) I've just cleared out lo's drawers and boxed his clothes that were too small which left room for me to put baby's clothes in his drawers for now, so I feel much better knowing her stuff isn't piled in bags on the spare bed x
 
Well tomorrow I plan on having strawberries and Muller yogurt for breakfast, roast dinner will be about 2pm then usually I just have cereal for my tea as I'm usually so full from my dinner so I hope tomorrow is a good day to start on. But mil usually has the following on Sunday lunch - carrots, swede, cauliflower, broccoli, parsnips, meat, roast potato's in the skins, and two large Yorkshirs, I'm guessing tomorrow will be beef dinner :)
 
My mum makes amazing roast dinners, I just try make sure I have over half the plate of veg and then it doesn't seem so bad ha x
 
Yeah I'm going to try and be extra good for the other meals tomorrow hopefully she doesn't buy a desert but there's a good chance I'll be too full to eat it. I can't eat much at once anymore x
 
That's a good idea. I just bought some Muller corners as they are on offer in Morrison's at the moment, they'll be ok for snacking too I think x
 
I'm going to go get cooked chicken veg and il do the boys aunt Bessie's lol I made a huge trifle for afters mmmmmmmmm naughty but nice x
 
Yorkshire puddings army bad only 1pp each and quite low cal x really want to make a roast tomorrow now but no meat for one!
 
Think I might do hehe we had that last week! Might walk to the co op and get sone chicken breast, there's only me and DH so it's a waste to buy a full chicken cus I end up chucking it instead if using it for something else lol x
 
I love chicken, we never know what were getting until we get to mil but I like all the meats so it doesn't bother me. But me and hubby try to out guess each other with what meat were having and I usually win lol.

So far today I've had some cereal and some strawberries. I'm nipping to Asda shortly and then I'll prob have a yogurt before I clean out the rabbits, it'll pass the time til lunch but I'm a pro now it'll take about half hour so won't pass too much time. On the plus side the weather is gorgeous out today so we'll either pop to the beach or the park later with the lo x
 
Its really nice today, jealous you live near beach though I really miss living by the sea, I do live in a nice place though countryside all around :) just walked into the village and back, kept getting BH on way back and having to stop for a rest lol, it's all steep uphill though so probably why, just bought some chicken breasts with a cheese and herb crumb mix on top to going to have them for tea with mash and veg, forgot we got no Yorkshire puddings and I can't make a roast without them hehe x
 
Right I've planned tomorrows food up until tea time.
Breakfast is cereal and milk 422 cals
Cornedbeef savory sandwich 441 cals
Monster munch Crisp's 108 cals
Grapefruit 78cals
Muller corner 178 cals
Snacks - banana, plum, apple, kiwi, WW biscuits.
If I eat everything this is about 1500 cals which leaves 500 for dinner. However, I aim to replace the monster munch and WW biscuits with the fruit.
Hope I can manage it x
 
Sounds good, I'm gonna try have another good day tomorrow planning cereal for breakfast, tuna sandwich for lunch and pasta bake for tea with fruit and yoghurt for snacks x
