Hi Feathers, feeling alot better now, think it was my tablets, I had to increase my muscle relaxents and I got very nauseous!

Hi Feathers, Hope your doing ok? I've been off the diet 6 weeks now!!! and put on badly gotta change my ticker and am re-starting tomorrow, my computer has been down so couldnt log on for ages, hope to speak soon

Hi Feathers,
Long time no chat! I've not been on the diet and due to ill health and problems with hubby,(that are now sorted lol) I have infact put most of my weight back on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So I am going to restart soon on the cd and see how I get on, got a terrible cold at the minute so just waiting for that to go coz im taking cough medicine and throat sweets etc and they all have sugar, how do diabetics get on when they have a cold!?
Anyway, hope you are ok and things are going well?
